Hookey and Inspiration

K, so today I played hookey for a little while and went on a walkabout. One of my main purposes of coming out here is to be inspired, so I took a little different approach to inspiration. Rather than sitting in a classroom for the afternoon, I chose to walk the Freedom Trail. It was worth it. It was hot as heck, but still not as hot as AZ. I, of course, thinking that it may get a little chilly wore my jacket. I ended up needing it because I needed the pockets, but other than that, it just made me hotter than I already was. Anyways, I ended up with a new appreciation for US history. I understand so much better now the real history behind the country that we are. We are a great country, founded by individuals with a vision for what life could be like. There wasn't a nation of people that were fighting against another nation of people, these were individuals who came here seeking freedom, and were willing to fight for it. They didn't have much, they made do with what they had. They didn't need much. They used what they had and overcame one of the world's strongest armies at the time. It's really incredible when you think of it. What fits for us, doesn't fit for everybody, so I don't think that everybody needs to be like the United States, but when there are individuals with vision, and they're willing to work towards that vision, they can succeed, our nation is built on the dreams of those people.

Anyways, enough of that...I took some cool pictures. It's mostly architecture and stuff, but still cool pictures...

Hmmmm, maybe that is the place, maybe it's not. I didn't think it was that nice inside.

And what's with the people bending over and people taking pictures of them?
